I've paid but the service still isn't active

If you ordered more than just one service and/or have more websites, please check which service you paid for. If the payment was made with wire transfer, double check that you used the correct reference and keep in mind a wire transfer may take even 5 days. If none of that helps, log in and get in touch with us.
When do I receive notifications about expiring services?

In case of subscriptions with no automatic renewal, we send notifications about expiring services repeatedly among others 30, 15 and 3 days in advance. We also inform you about when we're going to extend your services automatically 30 days in advance.
Can I pay in monthly installments for your services?

Yes, our premium service packages Mini, Standard, Profi, and Business can also be paid monthly. You can choose between monthly and normal annual billing when selecting your package. Specific rates are available in our price list for classic websites or for online stores.
Do you support auto-renewal? When is it active?

When paying with credit card or online payment methods that support auto-renewal, we activate it in order to ensure the continuous service.
Where do I find the invoices?

Your invoices are accessible as downloadable PDF-documents in the invoices section in the user administration.
Can I request invoice correction?

No, an issued invoice cannot be modified afterward. We therefore always recommend carefully verifying the accuracy of the billing information.
Can I request refund for services?

You have a 15 day money back guarantee for the first purchase of our Premium services on a given website whereas completed domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable. Most important of all, we’d like to know why you’re refunding our services in case it’s an issue we can help you out with!
How to change payment methods (for example, a credit card number)

You can make changes in the project administration or, if needed, in a new order. You can set up a new payment card following the guide How to change saved payment methods. If you want to choose a different payment method, simply cancel your active subscription and make the payment manually. You can select the payment method according to the guide How to choose a payment method for purchasing premium services. Can I cancel the services before they end?

You can cancel any active auto-renewal whereas if you want to remove any paid services – a custom domain or a Premium plan – please log in and get in touch with our customer support.
What happens after the Premium service expires?

After a Premium Package expires on your project will be blocked the premium services 30 days unless you renew your Premium Package. After this period, if you do not make any selection, your project will automatically be downgraded to the free version without Premium features (example password protection) and all content that exceeds the free storage limit will be deleted.
How can I get a discount on purchasing premium services and a domain?

We automatically provide discounts to all customers when ordering services for multiple years. When you purchase a premium service plan for 2 years, you get a 10% discount; for 5 years, the discount is 40%; and for 10 years, it is 50%. For domains, the discount rates are 5%, 10%, and 20%, respectively.
Additionally, when you purchase a Mini, Standard, Profi, or Business plan on a project for the first time, you’ll receive a coupon to register (or transfer) a domain for one year—free of charge.
