Login Verification for Project – Troubleshooting


In this article, you can find more information and troubleshooting steps for situations where you're having trouble logging in via the verification email.

If the email with the verification link is not arriving in your inbox, please try the following suggestions:


1. The email inbox is functional

• Please check folders such as Spam or Promotions

• Add the email address "no-reply@webnode.com" to the list of trusted senders in your email account and try logging in again

• Make sure that messages from "no-reply@..." addresses are not generally blocked in your inbox. If they are, please disable this filter at least temporarily and try logging in again

• You can also try resetting your password. Once a new password is set, you should be able to log in


2. The email inbox no longer exists or is not functional

• If you still own the domain from which the email address was created, it may be possible to recreate the inbox for verification purposes

• If it is an address from a public email provider (e.g., Gmail, Seznam), you can try creating the inbox again or contact the provider’s customer support directly


3. You no longer have access to the email inbox

• The owner of a project is always the person who has access to the project owner’s email address. If access is no longer possible, the situation must be resolved by changing the project ownership
