This guide explains how to reset a lost password for your Webnode account.
WARNING: The password reset described in this article applies only to email addresses that are not created on your own domain and are not set up with the owner or administrator role for the website. To change the password of email mailboxes on your domain, follow the guide How to Change an Email Account Password.
TIP: The email with the password reset link may end up in your spam folder, so please also check folders such as Spam or Bulk. If the reset email does not arrive, the email address you entered is very likely incorrect. Please verify it and, if needed, contact our customer support.
The password reset process
1. Go to Webnode.com and click Login in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click Forgot your password? 
3. Enter your registration email address and click Request a new password. 
4. After you submit your email address, you will receive an email with a link to the password reset form.
5. In the form, enter your new password and confirm the change by clicking Change password.
