How to clear your cache and cookies

Internet browsers store and save information (images, data, etc.) about the websites you visit; this is so they do not have to download it again in the future and the loading is faster. In some cases, however, downloaded files obstruct updates from appearing on the site; which can cause elements on the site to be non-functional. In this case, the browser's cache and related cookies must be cleared. In this article you will find information how to do this in some popular browsers.

These articles are for the latest versions of browsers. In older versions, the interface should be similar, but in general we recommend updating browsers regularly.

TIP: After clearing the browser cache, you will be logged out on most pages, but you just need to log in again.
