The project owner is understood to be the “primary” login email address for the given projects — usually the email address under which the projects were created. In this regard, it generally depends on whether the new owner email address already has an account with us or not.
All automated emails related, for example, to the activation and expiration of premium services and domains for all your projects will then be sent to this new email address.

If the new owner email address already has an account with us, you will need to contact our customer support — you can do so via the contact form.
