In this guide, you will learn how to add a form to your website to collect email addresses, which you can then use to send out newsletters, for example.
While Webnode mailboxes are not intended for sending bulk messages, you can still collect and later export email addresses using forms on your website.
To send bulk emails, we recommend using third-party services specifically designed for the purpose, or configuring your email through a server that allows mass mailing.
1. Webnode Form
In the Webnode editor, you can add a section with a contact form that is preconfigured to collect email addresses. Simply add a Newsletter section.
This section can then be edited like a standard form.
2. External Form
If you already use an external newsletter service, it’s very likely that it offers a widget for collecting email addresses. Where to insert the code depends on your needs. More information can be found in the guides How to Add HTML Code and How to Add HTML Code into the Site Header.
