The spam score of messages is evaluated at the server level and cannot be customized for individual inboxes. However, unwanted messages can be further filtered using external email tools or by using a different mail server.
External email tools
These tools use various methods (such as content analysis, domain reputation, public blacklists, etc.) to evaluate each email.
For security and technical reasons, we cannot directly influence this evaluation on our end.
If you are using 3rd party email clients, you can take advantage of additional layers of protection through their built-in tools. More information is available at the following links:
- Change the protection level in the Outlook junk mail filter
- Block, filter, and report messages on iPhone
- Change junk mail settings in Mail on Mac
- Report spam in Gmail
- Thunderbird and junk mail
Using a different mail server
You can have your domain registered with Webnode, but still use a different mail server for email services, just like with assigned domains. This could be a free service (e.g. Gmail or Seznam) or a paid service from a traditional web hosting provider.
