In this article, you will find the necessary SPF and DKIM records that need to be set if you have a domain assigned to Webnode and you use Webnode to send mail. In the case of a domain managed by Webnode, this setting does not need to be done. These DNS records are necessary for verification of the created e-mail with services such as Google.com, etc.
ATTENTION: If you also use other e-mail services (newsletter, external invoicing, etc.) for the assigned (directed) domain, we recommend consulting the SPF settings with the provider of the given service.
The required SPF and DKIM records can be found here:
@ TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:spfuser.webnode.com -all"
mail._domainkey TXT "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDdcbpaoNfnowsra2LdWb0HY3rbjjfYOYSbTuWgaa9jDdyQyrNqxUDyH2vX4p3Zh6NWT88hvg89WbeKEAQAKnX/zGjONtaaykdm5ynHjpVXdr9xBCGVtsaeZbo0j3KHS1C65EDtoaQfG8Z4JwOeCR6OUjfkXxYQPgc5Aa6ZL5O3swIDAQAB"
If these records are not set, an email will often return with one of the following errors (non-delivery):

Another reason to use DKIM and SPF is if you want to send emails from your e-shop (orders) under your domain. By default, this notification comes from the sender “[email protected]”.
After adding the SPF and DKIM records, you will be able to change your store's email address to the address created on Webnode.
