In this guide, you will learn how to do the basic setup of the SimplyBook.me add-on service (booking system). If you haven't purchased the service yet, you can follow the guide How to purchase the SimplyBook.me Online Booking plugin.
1. After purchasing the service, you can click the Manage button in the Webnode project administration, which will redirect you to the administration of SimplyBook.me.
Another way is to click the Manage bookings button directly on the embedded widget.
2. When first entering the booking administration, it will be necessary to perform the initial basic setup. You can proceed after confirming the Ok, got it button. If you are not ready to set it up yet, you can return to the Webnode administration by clicking the Back to Webnode button.
3. Here, fill in the information about your company.
4. In the next window, fill in your company's opening hours, or specifically, the hours that you provide services visitors can book. You can also turn off non-working days or set a break during the day.
5. Now, you can add providers (your employees) who perform the services and also set the number of customers who can book at one time.
6. Now select the services you provide (possibly chosen from suggestions), set their duration, price and currency.
7. The basic setup is now complete, and the widget on your site is functional and displays the services you have set up. If you haven't added it to a page yet, you can follow the guide on How to add a SimplyBook.me Online Booking form to your website. The Back to Webnode option will take you back to the project administration at Webnode. With the Go to SimplyBook.me dashboard option, you can access the SimplyBook.me administration.
8. If you go to the SimplyBook.me administration, you can see an overview of your bookings, working hours, earnings, and more.
9. If you select Calendar from the menu on the left, you can see all the bookings that have been made.
10. In the Manage and Settings sections on the left, you can edit the information you entered during the initial setup, such as opening hours, staff, services, and more. All these changes are immediately reflected in the widget on your website.
