This guide explains how to set up shipping through Zásilkovna (called Packeta in SK, HU, and RO) in your online store. Zásilkovna can only be used with the Standard, Profi, or Business premium plans—these are the plans generally required to run an online store. This service is available only for the Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, and Romanian markets.
Tip: Guides in specific languages can be found here:
- Jak přidat Zásilkovnu
- Ako pridať Packetu (Zásielkovňu)
- Hogyan kapcsolhatod össze webáruházadat a Packetával
- Cum să adăugați metoda de livrare Coletăria
NOTE: Zásilkovna does not accept parcels weighing more than 10 kg. If such a parcel is submitted, it will be returned to the sender. We recommend limiting the maximum parcel weight to 10 kg as described in this guide.
1. In your project dashboard, click Store settings and then Shipping methods.
2. Alternatively, click Settings directly in the editor.
3. Go to the Online store tab and select Shipping methods.
4. Zásilkovna can only be added if one of the supported countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania) is set as the shipping region and your admin is switched to the corresponding language. For clarity, this article is structured based on the setup for the Czech Republic.
TIP: If your language is set to Czech and your only shipping region is Rest of the world, the editor will offer to switch to “Czechia.” Just click Change region.
NOTE: Clicking Change region will move all shipping methods under Rest of the world to the Czech Republic region. For example, if you had Shipping for Austria under Other countries, you’ll need to manually add Austria again and reconfigure the DHL method.
The same applies if you’ve previously set up Zásilkovna in a custom way for “Other countries”—after switching to Czech Republic, the method will only be shown to users in that region, and you’ll need to add others separately.
Cross-border selling is available with a Profi or Business plan. If you don’t have it but want to try the feature, contact customer support. Otherwise, you can order the plan directly in your project admin.
You may also continue using your current custom setup without switching to the new Webnode integration.
5. If the editor doesn’t offer the Change region option, you can add the region manually. In Shipping methods, click Add new area.
6. Select Czechia.
7. Then click Add shipping method.
8. Choose Zásilkovna.
Note: If you’ve already set up Zásilkovna with a custom method and want to switch to Webnode’s automatic integration, you’ll need to reconfigure it via the API (see below).
9. Fill in the required details, including your API Key and API Password.
10. You’ll find both in the My e-shop section after logging in to your Zásilkovna account.
11. If you’re not registered yet, you can do so using this link. Click Create e-shop and register as usual.
12. In the Zásilkovna admin, you’ll need to create a billing address under User Info – Billing Addresses by clicking New billing address.
Fill in your billing info and, if needed, your bank account numbers.
TIP: If you don’t add a bank account number in the currency your store uses, it won’t be possible to send goods with cash on delivery (COD). The order will appear in Zásilkovna but without a COD amount.
13. Zásilkovna should create a sender automatically, but if not, you can do it manually under User Info – Senders by clicking New sender.
Under Type, select Online store and enter the sender’s details and other required information.
NOTE: Registration approval can take up to three business days. Don’t worry if your setup isn’t working immediately or if orders don’t appear in Zásilkovna right away—this is normal.
14. Once everything is configured correctly, your customers will be able to choose Zásilkovna as their shipping option.
And select a pickup point.
After your registration is approved, all Webnode orders will be automatically sent to the Zásilkovna admin. There’s no need to export or transfer anything manually.
This is how orders appear in Webnode.
And this is how they appear under Submitted Shipments in the Zásilkovna admin.
TIP: You can find complete information directly in Zásilkovna’s help section here.
