Allowing Access to Password Protected Pages

Page locking is possible with all plans, including free, but registration and allowing access to users is only possible with the Standard (up to 100 users) or Profi (unlimited number of users) plans

ATTENTION: After permission is granted, the user will be able to access all locked pages of the website; it is not possible to divide locked pages into groups or give different permissions to different users

By default, user account approval is done manually. You can change the approval to automatic in the settings. 


1. Click Settings

2. In the Website Settings tab, you can enable or disable manual approval using the Approve registrations manually button. Here you can also change the e-mail address where you will receive notifications about new registrations. 

A new user who registers via the registration form will receive an automatic e-mail after access is approved. If you reject the registration, the user will not receive any e-mail. He will not receive the email even if you manually add him in the site administration. In this case, it is necessary to inform the user about the approved registration in a separate e-mail.

In case of automatic approval, the new user gets access to the locked pages of the website immediately after registration. If you use manual approval of new accounts, you will receive a new registration notification by email. You will be able to confirm this right away or block it via a link in the e-mail. 

It is also possible to manage access of new users by logging in to the website administration and clicking on the Registered members button. 

On this page you will see a list of all users and you can approve or block their access. Here it is also possible to manually add new users by clicking the Add member button. 

The user account can be deleted by selecting the user then clicking Delete member

Users can also be approved, removed or blocked by selecting more than one
